I’ve just hit the 120,000 work mark on Book 3 of the Chronicles of the Black Gate. Books 1 & 2 came in at 160,000, but I’m starting to think Book 3 is going to creep up to 180,000 or even 200,000 by the time I’m done…

I’ve got a fun guest post up on CabinGoddess.com – go take a look if you’re curious about how the setting of Vampire Miami proved crucial to the book’s completion.

Drum roll please! Vampire Redemption has been published! You can check it out now on Amazon.com.

I’ve received the artwork for the cover of Book 3! Now I need to simply add the title and a few effects to turn Sophie’s canvas into a functional cover, and it’ll be good to go!

  • VAMPIRE LA is published! Check it out on Amazon, and enjoy the new sequel to VAMPIRE MIAMI!

  • I’ve finally got all my novels up on Smashwords: https://www.smashwords.com/profile/view/philtucker – this is huge, as the distribution channels available on SW will get my books out onto iTunes, Kobo, Sony, Diesel, and more. Here we go!
  • Sophie’s sent in the cover for VAMPIRE LA, and I’ve done a couple of edits, added the title and sent it back to her. It looks great! Very close now to completion. I’m hoping to have the book published within the next few days.

Quick update on VAMPIRE LA: I’ve finished going over my editor’s notes, and am now only waiting for Sophie to deliver the cover art and for my good friend Bryan to finish his beta read. I’m about 95% there, and hope to have the book published before next weekend!
